Bio

Erin has over 17 years of experience working as a communications and wellness professional for some of the most cutting-edge health programs in the country. This includes public universities, state-of-the-art hospitals, private corporations, and non-profit organizations.

She holds a BA in communications and has extensive experience teaching public speaking at colleges and universities. In 2010, she began teaching yoga and breathing practices as a registered yoga teacher (RYT). Erin holds an MS in physiology from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified wellness coach, breathing coach, and mindfulness facilitator.

Erin founded Breathe Well Coaching to enhance personal and professional communication through proven mindfulness techniques. Erin coaches private clients, facilitates corporate workshops, and speaks in student development at colleges and universities. She helps clients embrace optimal well-being as a business and life strategy that improves performance and actively manages stress. Helping clients become more effective and intentional communicators.

Give the gift of well-being to your team or group. This workshop teaches breathing mechanics to reduce stress and anxiety through simple and effective techniques. You will also learn mindfulness tools to provide an inside-out approach to stress management. In today's society, we are under an increasing amount of stress. Stress is linked to every major choric illness and is adversely affecting our professional and personal life. If we are honest with ourselves we aren't managing our stress...our stress is managing us. This workshop will leave you feeling more empowered to take action.
