Gabby is a dedicated Human Resources leader, entrepreneur, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, focused on fostering inclusive workplaces where everyone can succeed.
As the co-founder of HearU, she has introduced a pivotal tool that combats workplace discrimination, encouraging accountability and growth. With Inclusive Kind, Gabby has built a consulting firm that supports organizations with their DEI initiatives, highlighting her commitment to practical change.
In academia, Gabby serves as an Adjunct Professor at Queen's University, where her course on workplace equity and diversity is highly regarded. Her background includes impactful roles at Ernst & Young LLP, where she led DEI strategies, and earlier, significant HR management positions at Hatch Ltd. and McGill University.
Gabby's commitment extends to volunteer service on the boards of Blended and ALPFA Canada, where she contributes to strategic growth and mission development.
Educated at Queen's University and the University of Toronto, Gabby holds a Master's in Industrial Relations/Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Sociology. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
