Ginger is the founder of Good Health for Good Works – an organization designed to help the earnest, but often exhausted, workers in Christian organizations take steps toward healthier living so they can serve with energy, excellence, and endurance.
She believes that good health is one vehicle through which a person’s God-given calling can be fulfilled and that good health habits are an important support for successful and sustainable Kingdom service.
On the professional side, Ginger is a wellness speaker and coach with over 15 years of experience in the corporate health and wellness industry. She has earned and maintains her
designations as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
On the personal side, Ginger is a Christ follower who believes that Christians have the responsibility to leverage and maximize the positive impact of the gift of good health that has
been given to us. Through her experience in the roles of wife, mother, family manager, employee, and ministry volunteer, Ginger understands the complexities of staying on track with
good health habits in the midst of other very important life priorities and challenges. She knows first-hand that adopting and maintaining good health habits often involves going against cultural norms and swimming upstream, so she is able to motivate and equip her follow believers in Christ with compassion and understanding.
Ginger has been married to Bob for over 30 years and they enjoy their young adult children. Together, they serve as small group leaders in their church. Ginger enjoys Jazzercise, cycling,
mosaics, scrapbooking, cooking and sometimes gardening.
