This book gives practical skills and structures--often overlooked- for managers and leaders to directly apply. These skills and structures are part of my proven system for getting real results. One of the case studies is of an agent whose personal income was down $100K one year. Using this information, and through some hard work and realization, she became a regional sales leader.
My formal education includes a graduate degree, M.S., from the University of Utah in Human Resources specializing in Training and Organizational Development. Business Coaching from B-Coach Systems and Personal Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute provided important foundations for my work with clients. The real education, however, has been working closely with managers, CEO's, Directors, business owners and their staffs to sift through the complexities to find that more orderly, productive and satisfying way to produce outstanding results.
