About
I stand out because I candidly bridge the often-wide gap between complex technical innovation and the human culture required to adopt it. Unlike traditional technologists who focus solely on the 'how' of implementation, I focus on the 'who' - helping organizations navigate the anxiety and cultural friction of the AI revolution. By drawing on my experience managing the diverse, creative ecosystem of the Royal College of Art, I show audiences how to implement and enhance new technologies, not as a replacement for staff, but as a collaborative tool that enhances human creativity. I am the candid, honest, open and realistic speaker for leaders who need to translate digital strategy into a language that their teams will actually embrace.
ChannelLive - The MSP and Reseller Event | March 2026 | Panelist
I had the chance to get candid about what actually works (and what definitely doesn't) when it comes to building trust. It was my first time at Tobacco Dock, and honestly, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for some much-needed straight talk in our industry. I joined Alan and Katie from Soul Technology on stage to discuss Advisory-Led Selling.

Episode: "Innovation, Service, and the Student Journey" Discussing the intersection of technology, culture, and mindset, exploring why experimentation is vital for modern service design. As part of my ongoing work with the Royal College of Art, I was invited to be on a podcast with a collaborator from Soul Technology - an independant consultancy firm - on behalf of CXM (Customer Experience Magazine) - where I talk about how technology, culture & mindsets come together to shape the student experience, and why experimentation, even failure, is a vital part of the journey A link to the podcast is as follows: https://cxm.world/customer-experience/innovation-service-and-the-student-journey-at-the-royal-college-of-art/
