I bring both the theory of African mythological systems as civilisational knowledge infrastructure, and hands-on enterprise transformation delivery With over 25 years working in complex technology and organisational transformation, including data, analytics and AI-enabled systems, I understand the real pressures leaders face when institutions try to modernise. Alongside this work, I have spent many years researching African civilisational knowledge systems and the governance principles embedded in them.
