Knowing your core values and how you define and demonstrate respect is essential to building trustworthy, respectful relationships and developing collaborative, inclusive workplaces. When individuals understand and demonstrate their values, they create environments rooted in mutual respect and shared purpose. This interactive workshop includes activities that explore one's values and views on respect.

This interactive session will provide an overview of inclusive leadership, highlight the benefits of inclusive leadership, address issues that impede cultivating an inclusive workplace and provide strategies for implementing inclusive practices into the workplace.

Conflict is inevitable, but how we navigate it can either build trust and cohesion, or break down trust and collaboration. With workplaces having multiple generations and cultures represented, conflict rooted in misunderstanding is commonplace. This interactive workshop will explore intercultural communication styles, conflict resolution styles, and engage participants in activities that help them integrate various cultural perspectives into their approach to conflict resolution.
