My name is Antonio Hernandez Pumarejo. But , I simply go by Tony. I am the author of the book “An Autism Unscripted Life”, which talks about my life in the Autism spectrum. I am also an advocate for people with Autism and other disabilities around the World. I was diagnosed with Autism at age 3. Was non verbal till age 4. Then was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome at age 8. Was in special education and delayed at school for a year. I have dealt with significant challenges with verbal impairment issues, social communication, short term working
memory issues and struggles with relationship building with people. However, I have been able to overcome these challenges and achieve important goals in my life:

Graduated from Seminole State College with bachelor's degree in Business and Information Management with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Recognized at Seminole State College of Florida Graduation in 2016 as a student with Autism graduating with his bachelor’s degree.

Gained full time employment as manager in customer service and sales.
Worked with companies like Home Depot, Sam’s Club and Sherwin Williams in customer service and retail sales positions.
Served as fundraising coordinator with ASD Adult Achievement Center.
Served as board member for the Autism Society of Greater Orlando.
Served as leader for Capstone team that worked with City of Sanford, Florida for the Uber Pilot Project.
