Grier Cooper

Grier Cooper has been teaching and practicing meditation and mindfulness for more than 25 years. Her work has appeared in Thrive Global, Conscious Dancer, Education.com, and Green Diva Mom. She is passionate about helping women to reclaim their inner peace, power and joy so they can live their best lives. She is known for her calm presence and is adept at guiding women to access the same for themselves.

While going through a difficult divorce and adapting to life as a single working parent Grier suffered unexplained health issues and panic attacks. She soon discovered a simple and profound process to access and maintain feelings of deep inner peace, regardless of what was happening around her. She now helps other women release anxiety and stress so they can feel relaxed, and resourced to be the self-assured women they were born to be.

Grier Cooper lives in Florida and is a former professional ballet dancer. When she’s not writing or teaching she’s out exploring nature and dancing.
