Before training as a therapist and breathwork practitioner, I spent over 15 years working in high-pressure marketing agencies, leading teams and managing complex client environments. I understand first-hand the internal pressure many professionals carry while continuing to perform and lead. My work focuses on self-leadership, helping people understand the emotional patterns and beliefs that shape how they respond to stress, responsibility and uncertainty. That combination of lived professional experience and therapeutic training allows me to speak to both the reality of the workplace and the inner landscape that often goes unspoken.
