About
"The best leadership workshop we've done." — Kaiser Permanente, Protect Your Profit Line "Helena made a true impact on my team." — Seadrill, Annual Senior Team Summit "We now have the tools to be a better leader." — Snap-on, Leadership Development Series Most speakers pick one lane, culture, risk, or leadership development, and stay there. I don't, because in the real world those three things are never actually separate. I bring 25+ years actually sitting in the C-suite: setting up entities, managing M&As, leading teams through pressure and uncertainty, and closing the gaps in compliance and culture before they became expensive. That range shows up in the room, whether I'm helping a board protect its bottom line from people-risk, helping leaders build trust and accountability beyond the org chart, or helping executives treat AI as a leadership decision instead of a tech rollout. I don't teach any of this as theory. Every talk comes from what I've actually done — including real cases where the cost of inaction was $6.8M, the fix cost less than 1% of that, and EBITDA was up 38% six months later. Protecting profits. Prescribing solutions. Powering people.

Leading in the Age of AI -Protecting Your Workforce and Your Risk Profile
Keynote • 20 - 60 minutes (flexible)
Your employees are already using AI at work — approved or not. This session moves past the fear headlines and gives leaders a clear-eyed look at how widespread unapproved AI use already is inside their organization, and what it's quietly putting at risk: compliance, IP, and trust. Drawing on 25+ years of closing culture and compliance gaps before they get expensive, this talk gives leaders a practical framework for protecting the organization without banning innovation outright — because the goal isn't to shut AI down, it's to bring it into the light.

Beyond the Org Chart - Building Trust, Accountability, and Team Alignment
Keynote, Workshop • 20–60 min (flexible, keynote or up to half day workshop format)
An org chart shows who reports to whom — it doesn't show whether a team actually trusts each other, holds each other accountable, or pulls in the same direction under pressure. This session goes past titles and reporting lines to what actually determines whether a team performs: psychological safety, clear accountability, and alignment that survives contact with real deadlines and real conflict. Built from 25+ years leading teams through high-stakes moments — M&As, entity stand-ups, and turnarounds — this talk gives leaders a practical way to diagnose where their team's trust and alignment is breaking down, and what to do about it before it shows up in turnover or missed results.
