Iti Rawat is a Serial Entrepreneur Founder and Managing Director of Acquire Consultancy since June 2013 and Founder & Director at Think Hall Academy from July 2014. Also she is heading various international and national retail projects to consult them at various level.
She has founded a not for profit organisation which helps women entrepreneurs to promote and scale up themselves Women Entrepreneurs For Transformation (WEFT)
She had also co founded and exited a robotics firm for kids which teaches them entrepreneurial skills at young age called Makerpreneur Edutech Pvt Ltd.
She is motivational speaker, NLP Practitioners, Coach and soft skill trainer.
She has worked in wide range of retail services with Acquire and Thinkhall with offering such as, Channel Management to launching new brand or product, Recruiting or planning workforce or Strategy Planning.
Prior to this, Ms. Rawat was the Regional Sales Manager at Apple India Pvt Ltd from December 2010 to June 2013. Her responsibilities included developing comprehensive coverage models for Apple Premium Resellers by identifying the rightful opportunities in the market; Retail Sales: driving sales, to attain the annual targets of Macs, iPods iPhones & iPads and also ensuring growth of partners by increased profitability in retail channel; ensuring high quality retail experience for customers and planning & executing channel specific promotions and schemes every quarter.
Prior to this Ms. Rawat was the Sales Manager-Key accounts at Nike, where she was responsible for annual top line and channel profitability management for large format stores and south based exclusive stores.
Ms. Rawat also held the position of Product Line Manager at Nike from January 2007 to September 2010 and in Arvind Brands Limited for the position of Associate Business Manager for Accessories for Lee, Arrow, Wrangler.
