About
During 28 years working in AI, my mission has always been to enable companies to gain value from AI. I had to learn the hard way that success is not driven by technology or data. It’s driven by people: executives, users, and developers. This human factor is often overlooked. And it happened everywhere I worked: in the US & Germany, in global firms & startups, in tech & pharma. I started then putting more focus on employee AI literacy & readiness, the sometimes dreadful change management … and common sense. Maybe that’s why I’m now being called the voice of reason in AI. Today, companies hire me to explain AI and to help overcome the AI change fatigue. I turn my three decades of experience into keynotes and advice on AI adoption in business. I split my time between the US and Europe. In the US, I'm based in Portland, OR and in Europe, in Zurich, Switzerland.
