Bio

James has worked as a consultant in the food and health industry for over 12 years. He graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as an Associate Degree in Culinary Management. He is a certified Diabetes Educator from the Michener Institute of Education at UHN & The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) IN 2020. In 2020 James decided to go full stream in his business (and what a year to start) when he made a decision to be a Health and Wellness Coach who helps people with Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes lower their A1c levels to a healthy and normal range. In other words, he helps people resolve or “reverse” their Type 2 Diabetes issue. Over the years he has seen the personal benefits of reversing Insulin Resistance (the root cause of Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity) with patients and even in his personal weight loss journey. Despite the challenges that lies ahead he relentlessly pursues his mission, to help Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean and the World eradicate Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity, one program at a time.
