I've traveled with artists on the road and seen firsthand what it takes to keep someone performing at their best, city after city. What I offer an audience is real clinical experience translated into practical, memorable takeaways — not a generic wellness talk. I'm bilingual, comfortable with diverse audiences, and committed to these fields beyond the stage through scholarship programs I've founded in medicine, athletics, and music education.
