James Vani's background in finance consists of Broker, Wholesale, and Retail Mortgage Financing in the Commercial and Residential realm- along with an equal length of time in the Real Estate Construction field. He is an experienced professional with seventeen years of progressive knowledge in multiple areas of business and financial management and construction development. He managed teams at the wholesale mortgage operations of Countrywide Home Loans in the early 2000s out of Rolling Meadows, IL. He began working construction with his Father's company as an adolescent which instilled in his hard work and dedication to the task at hand.
Jim currently manages Prestige Group Construction a Commercial Construction company based in Chicago. Prestige started with small residential remodeling and with Jim's drive for growth developed into a Commercial Construction Contractor offering services from framing to finish work on high rise projects over 200,000 sq ft.
