Bio

Hello! My name is Ja'Shanna Graves and I am the founder and owner of Shanna Shine LLC.

As a preteen, I dealt with a lot of pain and trauma growing up. From being bullied, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts and attempts, and so much more. Towards 7th grade, I had to pull myself together and speak up for myself.

My life was full of uncertainty and agony while ending up homeless as an adult and dealing with personal challenges for years. I was able to push forward, find my identity, and rebuild my life. Thanks to God and my support system for helping me transform my way of thinking and actions. Now I'm here to help others do the same.

Now I am an Author and Personal Development Coach in the areas of Time Management, Creating Consistency, and Self-Healing to help transform and remove the limits off lives. I have 7+ years of experience and 15+ clients from working with youth, senior adults, families, and entrepreneurs.
