As a former Canadian track and field athlete and one of seven children raised on a farm in New Brunswick, I value discipline, hard work, and empathy. With over 23 years in HR management, I’ve driven initiatives that boost employee morale and create inclusive cultures. My commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is deeply personal, shaped by my experience growing up as one of seven children with Scottish and Jamaican roots on a farm in New Brunswick.
