Hi, I’m Tino.
I’m a business owner and have owned my own custom auto body & paint shop Flawless Evolutionz in Las Vegas for ten plus, but I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was a child.
The only statistics I’ve ever believed in are in business, never in life.
Growing up on welfare and without my parents, to put it simply, was rough. My grandmother and I would hit yard sales, then clean and resell our finds. I would even sell my Halloween candy!
When you grow up like the 34 million other Americans in poverty, you learn fast that you either fix your problems yourself, or nothing happens.
And then, nothing happens.
And finally, nothing happens.
That’s not for me.
I feel like my life motto is learn fast or fail. If you’re anything like me, you hate being strapped into a 9-5 job. My mind is going a million miles a minute, and in fifty different directions.
Sound familiar?
I have no formal education. I believe I have been successful because of straight trial and error. You have to be willing to jump in, ask questions, and learn as you are moving forward, not standing still. I also looked, and still look, for people who were more successful in what they were doing than I was. I have no shame in asking them questions, why they do what they do, how they do what they do. I have a hard time listening to someone who isn’t competent or is slacking off in their work ethic – to me, that means you’re already giving up and content with what you have.
I’m hungry.
And I know you are, too.
That’s why you’re here.
In my business keynote, (R & I Your Shop ), I discuss how I went from working in the shop to owning the shop. Nothing in my presentations is mere advice or theory. This is what I have learned, tested, tweaked, and successfully implemented. I want to share my 20 years of experience so you can gain from my lessons learned and avoid common pitfalls. (Like Why it feels like your customers run your life for example.)
In my motivational keynote, (R & I Your Shop), I discuss how to focus, take accountability, overcome the roadblocks, and succeed over the statistics. What makes people like Gary Vaynerchuk succeed, when all the stats were against him? How did I go from hustling Halloween candy to being happily married for over 16 years and a business owner for over ten years?
