As an HR professional, I spent my career advocating a neutral "Do no harm" approach to religion in the workplace. I've even counseled employees who got a little too zealous. Then I was asked to create an HR department for a Kingdom-centered company. That experience forever changed my view of Human Resources. Now I share the many benefits I saw in evidence as I built a bridge between a "worldly business" and a "Kingdom Company". Without offending, showing love and respect for every member of the company. In 18 months, they grew from 99 to over 800 employees. That company taught me a completely new way to see how these benefits could be used elsewhere. I teach companies how to do this. I'm doing this in my own 33-employee company.
