Jeff Humphrey

I tell my story of being morbidly obese throughout my childhood as well as my young adult years, how I found my best self through establishing a running routine after losing over 230 pounds in under a year, gaining 145 of those pounds back, falling short on my dream job, dealing with depression for the first time in my life, having no sense of direction, losing 200 pounds again, becoming an ultra endurance athlete/coach, and how I now see those failures as successes in order to help others reach their fullest potential.
