About
Choose me if you want more than a speaker who simply delivers a message. Choose me if you want someone who understands schools from the inside out, believes deeply in the people doing the work, and knows how to create an experience that feels personal, practical, and purposeful. I have spent 25 years in education serving as a Pre-K teacher, kindergarten teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. Those experiences have shaped the way I see schools, leadership, and the incredible impact educators have every single day. I know the work is challenging. I also know it is meaningful, powerful, and filled with moments that can change lives. My message is grounded in one core belief: relationships are the foundation of everything we do in schools. Programs matter. Policies matter. Initiatives matter. But so often, it is the small moments—a conversation, a choice, a response, a word of encouragement—that people remember most. When I speak, my goal is to help educators reconnect with the reason they chose this profession in the first place. I bring energy, humor, storytelling, and real-world experience to every audience, but I also bring a deep respect for the realities educators face every day. My sessions are positive, inspiring, and immediately relevant. They are designed to help people reflect, refocus, and leave ready to make an impact. Every engagement is custom-built, not canned. I take time to understand your goals, your culture, your challenges, and the message your team needs most. Whether it is a keynote, back-to-school event, in-service day, conference session, or leadership retreat, I want your audience to leave energized, encouraged, and ready to move forward with clarity and purpose. Education is more than a career to me. It is a calling centered on people, purpose, and possibility. I would be honored to help your team remember the power of their work—and the truth that one moment really can matter. Come for the content, stay for the connection.
