Whether you are going through a breakup, losing a spouse, or receiving a stage IV cancer diagnosis, it is important to embrace your situation with love and gratitude, believing that there might be a reason for it, even if you never fully understand why. We are all surviving something, and every adversity we face is a blessing in its own right, as long as we believe it as such. Gratitude for the journey helps us embrace every life adversity we face. I believe when WE believe in our challenges, we have the capacity to surrender to everything we cannot control, trusting that everything we go through leads us to where we are meant to be, and closer to who we truly are...LOVE. I like to think of it this way: When we love our hell, we will be in heaven.
