Jennifer Johnson grew up on a farm in rural Minnesota where she learned her unwavering work ethic.
She started her career in the bridal industry, where she owned and operated a successful and nationally recognized wedding and event planning business and bridal business. She was featured on shows such as Inside Edition, Home Delivery and several local TV and radio shows as a wedding professional. She is also a former Ms. Petite Minnesota is a national model and actress and continues her modeling and acting career today.
After moving to Naples from Minnesota in 2009, Jennifer decided to open a luxury lifestyle resale store (the first-of-its-kind store in Naples). Her dream was to bring designer clothing, accessories, home decor, and great customer service to others at great prices, so Jennifer and her husband Brad started True Fashionistas, the largest lifestyle resale store in the state of Florida.
Most recently Jennifer was a graduate of Leadership Collier Class of 2023 and SBA (Small Business Association) Emerging Leaders Program. She was also nominated for 2022 Small Business of the Year and 2022 Distinguished Entrepreneur Finalist. She was also part of the Bank of America Student Small Business Readiness Program.
Jennifer is a bestselling author, with a new book coming out February 6, 2024 entitled “Grace and Grit, Becoming a Confident Entrepreneur, She is also the host of The Confident Entrepreneur podcast and blog and a regular contributor to several local and national news outlets concerning business and the industry.
She is also the founder and owner of 3 other businesses. The Confident Entrepreneur, Pink Farmhouse and Cooies Cookies.
Jennifer loves to give back to the community that gives her so much every day. She serves as the Board President for Project Help in Naples. She also serves on Greater Naples Chamber Board of Directors, the Board of the Village School Naples, and Board of Directors of Toastmasters. She is also involved in The March of Dimes, having served as a past chair for the March for Babies event, Junior Women of Initiative Program as well as a team captain, and member of 100 Women Who Care Southwest Florida.
