As her passion for sharing her message expanded, Jennifer founded SmallTownLady.com and wrote Embodied Grace, her program dedicated to helping women find freedom and success by identifying their self-worth and aligning their true desires with intentional daily actionable steps and exercises to drive their own personal transformation.
As a Certified NLP Practitioner, Herb Specialist, Certified Reiki Master, and Christian Psychic, Jennifer teaches and guides her audiences in understanding how the brain/mind work, identifying subconscious roadblocks, defining the “Nasty Little Mean Girl” and helping them recognize limiting beliefs and patterns of negative self talk. She empowers her audiences to become their best selves. Whether it is in their personal lives, relationships, health, or businesses, she provides the roadmap on how to peel back the layers and overcome obstacles.

When not connecting with audiences and delivering high-impact training programs across the country, Jennifer enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband and two children, hiking, white water rafting, sightseeing, and visiting such beautiful sites as Yellowstone National Park, the Painted Desert, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Grand Canyon.
