"Aligning through Change" will provide skills and exercises to help participants grow in cohesion during times of rapid transition, whether due to mergers and acquisitions or pandemic-related changes.

Participants will gain key skills related to:
- Advising others specifically (developing reliable methods for new processes)
- Listening with total presence
- Imagining others' perspectives (creating customer-focused empathy maps from user experience design)
- Grounding themselves in what's working (applying principles from strength-based perspective and appreciative inquiry)
- Neutralizing conversations by bridging the gap (exploring win-win opportunities during conflict)

Neurodivergent individuals often face challenges in conforming to rigid work structures that may not accommodate their unique cognitive strengths and needs. Yet, a profound connection exists between neurodiversity and the development of entrepreneurial behaviors.

Through a deeply personal lens, Jesse Favre, a self-employed global trainer and instructional designer, seeks to reveal how living with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has shaped her entrepreneurial journey and contributed to the behaviors crucial for her success within Learning and Development.
