I am the owner and founder of The Improv Effect which was started in 2007. My goal is to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential by means of professional development training, coaching and speaking at conferences worldwide.

I am the co-author of CTRLShift 50 Games for 50 ***Days Like Today. My book is about how to shift in different situations, with exercises for each of the 50 days.
