As women march for equality all over the U.S. there is a need to educate young women on the importance of political engagement. The U.S. Department of Education reports that there are more women in college across the U.S. than men, however there are less women in political office then men. This presentation explores the barriers of women running for political office and provides 3 recommendations on how to get more young women politically engaged.
