How To Read Anyone in 10 Seconds or Less

This is a fun and engaging program that helps the participants understand 5 key aspects of the way people process the world. Knowing these things about others is based on the physical structure of their face. The 5 areas are…
• How a person makes decisions (logical or emotional)
• How a person projects themselves into the world (the approach to take with them)
• How a person restricts themselves in the world (what they worry about)
• How a person evaluates themselves (driven by goals, people, or introspection)
• How a person processes information (the best communication approach)
This program is fun and very interactive. It begins with a reverse introduction that gets people laughing, having them evaluate the people around them, make a few fun facial expressions, and explain how their neighbor views the world. Next, I engage the audience by reading key faces, then tie it all together to show how the 5 areas apply to the client's business and industry.

The Next Gen Leader

The greatest challenge we will face in business over the next decade is preparing the next generation of leaders to advance as the older generation of leaders retires. The are four core areas of skills development that will prepare the next generation of leaders. These areas are..
• Leading Self: This is the whole of who we were conditioned to be who we are and to work in the manner that we work.
• Leading Culture: This outlines how we intentionally create the experience of work needed to attract, develop, and retain great people.
• Leading Change: This unlocks the keys to creating positive and lasting change in the workplace, allowing you to inspire purpose-driven action.
• Leading With Results: Each of us is ultimately evaluated on our ability to achieve great results. This section outlines ways to inspire innovation, accountability, and engagement while achieving great business results.

As participants go through the key skills of creating the next generation of leaders, they effec

Accountability At Work

Accountability at work isn't about "Making" others do things. It isn't even about catching them doing things wrong and correcting them. Accountability at work is about using a framework of coaching, praising, and correcting to get others to choose to do what is right.
The magic formula of accountability is a 70/30 formula. 70% of accountability is positive affirmation, while 30% is confrontation. Both require a specific framework to be effective. In this program, participants will learn the specific framework for affirming and reinforcing behaviors, how to confront negative behaviors and outcomes, and the three magic questions that move people from blaming others to accepting full accountability.
Nobody changes while they are blaming another person. All change rests on an internal choice to own responsibility for a choice, action, or outcome. By mastering the behavior change framework and learning the THREE simple questions, you will drastically improve your ability to create account

  • Jody did a leadership training at my workplace several years ago for the supervisors. I have been through different leadership trainings in the past. I can say without reservation that Jody is the most personable trainer I have listened to. His material is highly relevent, and he has the ability to connect with almost any personality. I highly recommend that you attend a Jody Holland training session any chance you have.
