About
I don’t use humor to make light of hard things. I use it to help us look at them differently. My presentations create space for people to laugh, think, question assumptions, and discover possibilities they may not have noticed before. I combine research, lived experience, storytelling, and practical tools people can actually use when they return to work. I’m less interested in giving audiences the “right answer” than helping them become more curious about what else might be true – and what else might be possible.
Reframe: Finding Possibility Under Pressure
45-90 minutes
Pressure has a way of shrinking what we can see. When we’re stressed, stuck, or certain we already know what’s happening, our perspective narrows – and possibility narrows with it. Reframe is an engaging, humorous exploration of how curiosity, perspective, and cognitive flexibility can help us look again. Participants discover practical ways to interrupt rigid thinking, hold more than one truth at a time, and ask a deceptively powerful question: What else might be true? This isn’t positive thinking. Reframing doesn’t erase what is true. It asks whether it is everything that is true.

Your Strengths in Action: Lead with Intention. Strengthen People. Shape Culture.
Workshop, Training, Seminar • 2-4 Hours, customizable
What if development started not with what is wrong with people, but with what is naturally strong in them? Your Strengths in Action moves beyond simply identifying strengths. Participants explore how their natural patterns influence the way they communicate, collaborate, solve problems, lead, and respond under pressure. Because strengths are not automatically strengths in every situation. The question becomes: How do we use the right strength, in the right amount, for the right situation? This highly interactive experience helps people understand themselves and one another while turning individual strengths into collective possibility.

Leadership teams, educators, managers, intact teams, and organizations interested in strengths-based leadership and culture.

Hm… Humor, Curiosity, and Wonder Expand What’s Possible
Sometimes the distance between certainty and possibility is one small sound: Hm… Humor does more than make us laugh. It can interrupt assumptions, loosen certainty, create psychological distance, and help us see something familiar from an unexpected angle. In this playful and thought-provoking program, participants explore humor as a form of cognitive flexibility – not as a way to avoid serious things, but as a way to become more compassionately curious about them. Expect laughter. Expect some wonderfully strange questions. And expect to leave seeing a few things differently.
