Jonathan McRoy is a Senior Organization and Talent Development Partner and decorated United States Air Force Veteran. He develops strategies and tactics to support annual objectives while managing the creation, planning, and implementation of organizational development initiatives in the areas of change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
During his time in the Air Force, Jonathan served in a variety of technical, operations, and HR roles including deployments in support of U.S. Central Command’s combat mission in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jonathan possesses a deep passion for developing the leadership potential in others. He aims to empower people at all levels to energize others and intervene skillfully to move their communities and organizations forward.
Jonathan is a graduate of Harvard University’s U.S. Public Policy Training Program and Notre Dame University Mendoza Business School Advanced Intercultural Management Program.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Management and is a doctoral candidate in Business Administration.
His awards include the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, bronze oak leaf cluster, Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award, Business Journal Diversity and Inclusion Award, and the Institute of Certified Professional Managers “Managerial Excellence” award.
His hobbies include attending Art/cultural festivals, listening to leadership development podcasts, NPR, C-SPAN, traveling, and time with friends and family.
