I am an influential leader with extensive background in the areas of quality management, continuous improvement, leadership development, and change management. Additionally, I have led operations, manufacturing, and product validation organizations.
I am the author of a book titled Sustainable Quality (Business Expert Press). The book explores why continuous improvement efforts often fizzle out and how culture and leadership are the key to making quality improvement sustainable.
