Julia Keleher, Ed.D, MBA, PMP, is an educator, leader, management consultant, author, and speaker with over 25 years of experience confronting some of the biggest problems affecting modern societies. Julia is a fierce advocate for equity who has launched two successful management consulting firms, held leadership positions at the federal, state and local levels, and served as adjunct faculty at various universities. Julia inspires and motivates by sharing her experiences leading large-scale change and confronting injustice.
Julia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and holds two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate in Education. She has received awards and recognition including Excellence in Government, Outstanding Professor, Extraordinary Changemaker, and Leadership Valor in Crisis. She’s made appearances on TODAY, PBS NewsHour, C-SPAN and her work has appeared in various publications.

Every day, we face situations where we find ourselves asking the question “What’s the right thing to do?”. It is not always easy to answer that question, especially when we can anticipate there will be some unpleasant consequences of those decisions. In this provocative talk, we will explore what it means to do the right thing and why doing the right thing is so important. It is a motivational experience that encourages each person recognize that they have the internal strength to do the right thing, no matter the cost. The talk concludes with a call to action for individuals to lean into opportunities to act on their convictions.
