Juliana's diverse background as a former prosecutor, comedy improvisation performer and television reporter enable her to bring a variety of engaging stories, activities and experiences to her presentations. As a coach, Juliana works with executives to develop presence, communicate effectively and build relationships that are critical to success. Juliana also assists emerging leaders to successfully navigate career transition and to develop emotional intelligence and leadership skills that will help them take their career to the next level. She works with corporations and leading universities to provide coaching and workshops on communication skills and career development.
Juliana’s background enables her to serve her clients in creating strategies for communication and career development by thinking outside the box and gaining a new perspective on their situation. She has over 10 years of experience as an attorney working in both civil litigation and as a prosecutor. She worked as a television reporter for the Houston Astros and as a corporate sales specialist. She also has training and experience in comedy improvisation and uses her skills and knowledge in improvisation to help her clients develop strong presence and presentations, and to understand the importance of connecting with their audience, whether from the podium in a large venue or from the front of the room in a board presentation.
Juliana earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Trinity University and her J.D. from St. Mary's University Law School. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves on the Board of ICF Houston.
