Red Team Coaching is a logical and less feelings-oriented method to coaching. I gave a presentation on this at Baltimore's Disrupt HR's conference in 2023.

Using the Clifton Strengths-Finder assessment, I facilitated a learning session for members of Executive Alliance to process their assessment results and determine their area of focus to "turn up the volume" on their strengths.

Facilitated a 14-hour training session over 4 days to executives and leaders in the non-profit world, facilitating key learnings and exercises on the key concepts of coaching for accountability.
