After spending 10 years in the Financial Industry, Julie traded in her suits for sneakers and decided to pursue what she had been passionate about for years, and combine that with her own experience of living with a chronic illness and eventually creating a
better, healthier, and happier life.
As a certified Nutrition Consultant and Health Coach, Julie speaks to individuals who are on a mission to feel better physically and mentally in order to boost daily energy and productivity.
Being healthy is about maintaining a balance that allows you to enjoy life while creating the proper foundation to give you a better tomorrow. Julie believes that it is important to reach the optimal level of physical and emotional health because without one, we cannot enjoy the other.
This has led her to her personal motto, "It’s not about being skinny, it’s about being your BEST WHOLE SELF.”
Julie has presented workshops, and coached individual employees, at a number of companies including Athleta, AstraZeneca, Keller Williams, PhillyLiving Real Estate Firm, CARE Chiropractic Center of South Jersey, and The O'Connor Group HR Consulting Firm.
She has also been featured on several podcasts, including iHeartRadio and RadioMD, and has served as a guest on MyNEWPhilly.com and ReachMD.
