The most successful driver of innovation among product development teams isn’t technology. It’s storytelling. This presentation will reveal how employing a narrative driven approach to innovation, prototyping and testing can lead to more desirable, feasible, and sustainable products and services, faster, with greater buy-in and reduced market risk.
In the development process, businesses rely on technical specifications, functional specifications, personas, and user journeys to help keep everyone focused on the needs of the customer. But that traditional documentation falls short when it comes to documenting the emotional requirements that actually make an experience engaging and ultimately successful.
This presentation will demonstrate how building a detailed user narrative across every stage of the development process—from empathy and definition through ideation, prototyping and testing—can accelerate the design process, improve time to market and result in a more successful end product or experience.
