I came into the world as the daughter of a Polish philologist and art dealer. I changed my initial ambitions related to economics into the education of a press journalist, but fate wanted me to become a project manager. And he was right.
I have 17 years of professional experience, and for 11 years I have been involved in project management in the IT industry.
In the course of my work, I got to know organizations of various scales, from a dozen or so people with local capital to international corporations. I have completed over 20 projects and programs, including for global clients such as UBS, Cisco, and Walgreens. I have managed teams of several people, as well as programs of nearly 100 people. I accompanied clients on their path in digital and business transformations, and implemented the best project management practices.
Project management has become my passion, and supporting women in IT - my mission. In my speeches, I combine these two worlds.
