Katie Fiore

Katie has spent her career as an internal entrepreneur, launching and growing revenue-generating business units at digital agencies. She began focusing on the future of work several years ago when she saw first-hand how increases in automation were resulting in the elimination in jobs. Her concern grew when she found much discussion around industries, skill sets and regions, but no discussion on the impact of women. Seeing this period of disruptive change as the ultimate chance to create a better future that works for all women, Katie created Her Future Work to start solving for the future of work.
