I co-presented this session on a global tour of Agile and Project Management conferences in 2012. This session provides an overview of Organizational Change Management basics and the Kano Model of product development . Stories are told of leveraging Organizational Change Management techniques within an Agile Product Delivery Team to improve agility among the team and beyond in the company culture.

This session highlights David Rock's SCARF model for influencing others, as well as persona development in communication and the "7 Indispensables" - insights and best practices about change communication from decades of experience as a change practitioner. Client stories and highlights from my book are also shared in the session.
