Keith L. Gregory is an accomplished leader of large and small governmental organizations, and has been the mind behind several bureaucracy disrupting innovations over his 13 year affordable housing career. He comes from a distinguished and diverse public housing background, working or some of the largest and most progressive housing authorities in the nation including the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, the Housing Authority of Cook County and the Aurora Housing Authority in metropolitan Chicago, the Housing Authority of Fulton County in Atlanta and more recently the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority in Juneau, Alaska.
During the course of his housing career, Mr. Gregory has been involved in the management of nearly $1 billion dollars and overseen the operations of housing for more than 5,000 families. He also has experience developing new housing, having been involved in the creation of nearly 2,500 units of housing during his career. In the City of Aurora, Mr. Gregory was directly responsible for the creation of more than 300 new units of housing and an estimated $100 million in new housing developments in a 3 year period. Several of the projects that Mr. Gregory has been involved in have gone on to win national and state awards.
Outside his affordable housing career Mr. Gregory has also been a successful entrepreneur, starting and selling multiple businesses including a record label, a real estate development corporation, and a consulting firm.
Mr. Gregory was born and raised in Michigan City, Indiana, and is a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he received his B.S. in Business Administration.
