Kelly Collins is the “go-to” Spiritual Coach for people who are burnt out, uninspired in their careers or relationships, and disconnected from their true selves. Fueled by her passion for guiding others and her belief that we all have unique gifts we are here to share, Kelly developed her widely covered Soul Spark methodology, through which she curates a sisterhood community and deeply personalized programs to help coach her clients to go from uninspired and exhausted to fulfilled and balanced. Within a month, clients have stronger relationships, more fulfillment in work, a greater sense of self-trust, and a “special spark.” Kelly’s signature coaching has captured the attention of 3.5 million readers on her blog, Paleohacks.com, and her podcast, “Soul Spark with Kelly Collins.”
Kelly obtained her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition, and health from San Diego State University. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Trauma-Informed EFT Practitioner, NASM CPT, and Nutritionist. For 14+ years, Kelly has made a name for herself in the media for serving as a spiritual advocate for women who are burnt out and feel disconnected from their true selves. Now, Kelly has served thousands of women and taught over 25,000 hours in workshops, classes, one-on-one, and group coaching, and 10+ international retreats.
For 10 years Kelly struggled with a negative body image, a perfectionist mindset, and identifying a true sense of self. In short, she was lost, tired, and didn’t feel like herself. It was not until she went on her own extensive spiritual journey - practicing and learning yogic philosophy, absorbing thousands of hours of retreats, workshops, books, and podcasts, and partaking in a deep dive in self-study that she was able to strengthen her self-trust and rewire her brain. This massive spiritual shift inspired her to continue her education, share what she had learned, and build her unique coaching method which incorporates mindfulness, neuroscience, and actionable steps.
When she isn’t helping women to “spark their soul”, you can find Kelly practicing yoga, concocting a plant-based creation in her kitchen, or going on an adventure with her dog Coco.
