Kemtal’s career commenced after he obtained a Management Information Systems (MIS) degree in 2001 from triOS College. He embarked on a decade-long journey with TJX Canada, quickly ascending through various roles and overseeing multiple store operations across Western Canada. His proactive involvement facilitated over 40 new store launches, including the first six HomeSense locations in Canada, demonstrating his prowess in employee management and customer satisfaction.

In 2007, he transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions in Texas, where he refined his mentoring and motivational speaking skills by developing training programs for leaders. His success led to a promotion to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he was responsible for nearly 100 staff and interns, spearheading new initiatives and digital enhancements to streamline operations.

Previously, he oversaw nine campuses as an executive Pastor at a large nondenominational evangelical Christian megachurch in Texas. He later focused on supporting individuals affected by the church, offering guidance and encouragement.
