Kimberly Davis, Ed.D., is a public school administrator experienced in accountability, curriculum & instruction, teacher development, and organizational performance. Dr. Davis also serves as an adjunct professor in a teacher preparation program. Additionally, she has consulted leadership development and human performance improvement for private, government, and nonprofit organizations. She also holds a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis and certifications as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and Transformative Emotional Intelligence Coach. Dr. Davis is an author, researcher, educator, coach, and public speaker who is passionate about creating a better world by mentoring better practices.
