What are the challenges we are experiencing in our workplaces and how we can overcome them.

I think of leadership as a skill not as a position. It is the most important skill that any human being can master. Leadership is a skill of influence, a tool that all of us have to possess. The quality of the lives we live and the things we get to achieve really comes down to one’s level of leadership. Mastering leadership consist of mastering the ability to influence the thoughts, the feelings, emotions and the actions of another human being and live life on our own true terms is leadership.

The foundation of balanced and thriving societies are well balanced and grounded families. Families which are able to live fulfilled in joy and harmony despite their daily life challenges.

Achieving such requires each family member, especially the ones leading it to be able to access a deep level of understanding, tolerance and wisdom which is beyond intelligence. It is known as Emotional Intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence known as EQ is the capacity to understand thoroughly and oversee one’s feelings and others’ in positive ways to diminish stress, communicate successfully, relate with others, overcome challenges and defuse strife.
