The purpose of this talk is to dive into a fundamental understanding as to why despite the world being advanced as it is, we still battle with concepts such as D.E.I What are the pyschological foundations to our reluctance to embracing fully D.E.I? What are the challenges we are experiencing in our workplaces and how we can overcome them.

When Potential dwindles, so does the investment in yourself and the organization. The wealthiest mine on earth isn't the uranium mine of South Africa, the gold mine in West Africa nor the oil field in the middle east. It's the cemetery which has dreams not brought to life, books which were never written, songs which were never sung, business ideas which were never put into action. People leave earth without ever given birth to what they had within, what they could have accomplished be it in their personal life, their career, or in their own enterprise. They leave without having activated THEIR POTENTIAL.

I think of leadership as a skill not as a position. It is the most important skill that any human being can master. Leadership is a skill of influence, a tool that all of us have to possess. The quality of the lives we live and the things we get to achieve really comes down to one’s level of leadership. Mastering leadership consist of mastering the ability to influence the thoughts, the feelings, emotions and the actions of another human being and live life on our own true terms is leadership.
