I am Kirsten Asher and I am the Founder and Visionary Creator of the Feminine Embodiment Method, or referred to as the FEMethod™. FEMethod™ is a way for women to reconnect with their feminine energy to facilitate authentic expression through music and movement. By aligning with their core through dance, the method brings greater harmony between their mind, body and spirit. The FEMethod™ is created to help women get the flow of their sensual, creative energy to open up through dance and mindset shift.
As a dancer trained in various dance forms, I understand the critical importance of body movement. In today's world it is easy for women to find leading from the masculine side which puts them out of alignment. By combining body movement through dance and energy work I bring about a radical transformation in the lives of women thereby enabling a more powerful self expression.
I am also the Founder and Podcast Host of UnifyHUMANITY, a platform dedicated to bringing women and men together to have an open conversation, find collaborative solutions and create a thriving community locally, nationally and globally starting from the inside out. People are at the core of companies, organizations, political systems and the world. All too often we get caught up in our own opinions and agenda that we become clouded in judgement. My intention is to create a global community where we can build a foundation to bridge our differences and explore mutually workable solutions for humanity.
I have spoken at several large stages for many organizations such as Lululemon, Meeting Planners International - Seattle, Women of Influence Conference SBA, National Association of Professional Women, Rotary Club of Mission Viejo and Maker City Los Angeles.
I love adventure courses, traveling, camping and dancing. I am also passionate about social causes and donate my time to several non-profits such as the Corazon de Vida Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and The Greatness Foundation
