Konstantin Savenkov graduated Cybernetics Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2002, got a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2008.
In 2010 he left academia to join startup company Zvooq (https://zvooq.ru, online music streaming service) as a Chief Research Officer to lead R&D of Recommender Systems and Music Information Retrieval. In December 2013 he moved to a deputy CTO position at Zvooq for a year and in March 2014 became a Chief Operating Officer of Dream Industries holding, which by that time owned Zvooq, Bookmate, and several other companies.
In March 2015 Dream Industries was reorganized, with some companies sold and others extracted to separate businesses. Konstantin went as COO to the Bookmate project, helping the company to grow from 20 people and 1 market to 90 people, 15 markets and a break even.
Early 2016, Konstantin left Bookmate and teamed up with Grigory Sapunov to build a better way of discovery interactive real-time services on the Internet, which after a couple of pivots turned into Intento, a service for independent evaluation and unified access to Cloud Machine Intelligence.
