Kristen is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) that has worked in a variety of settings with individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational and other
diversified backgrounds; providing her with numerous and valuable experiences. Kristen is a trauma-focused clinician with several years of experience providing individual, group, and
family therapy. She has been adjunct professor teaching courses on trauma, psychopathology, and research methods. Kristen developed a non-profile that focused on providing free behavioral health trainings to local communities. She has developed and provided numerous clinical trainings in professional, community, and academic environments. Kristen is recently left the role of Director of Education and Professional Development at National Youth Advocate Program to further develop her private practice and availability for speaking events.
