In this didactic workshop, participants gained an understanding of the similarities and difference of Gottman Method and Adlerian couples counseling. Techniques were discussed and practiced in this workshop.

This didactic and experiential workshop began with defining early recollections. Participants then explored the concept of gathering and creating early recollections. Adlerian theory and recognizing early recollections as one of Adler's five approaches to understand the lifestyle was discussed.
