The relationship you have with Yourself is the most important The 5 Self’s to Radical Self Love- not selfish, it's quite selfless. 1. Self-compassion- tendency to feel shame and guilt. when you find yourself being hard on yourself, ask “would you talk to a child this way?” forgive and be gentle, doing better... 2. Self-acceptance- perfectionism (guilty of stopping myself and ended up doing NOTHING instead) , Stop waiting for the perfect version. Cant write your 10th if you never start with the 1st, always learning experience 3. Self-care- Not a luxury, it's a necessity. Once you feel better, you do better, open up doors. Beyond expensive massages, EO’s Ask yourself- What can you do today to nourish your soul 4. Self-Worth- Never felt “good enough” so I settled, reprogram thoughts 5.
